What is Being Space?
An invitation to rest, listen, and remember yourself.
So many of us avoid slowing down—because when we do, we might actually feel what we’ve been carrying. But what if there were a space where you didn’t have to perform, produce, or fix anything?
Being Space is an intimate, soul-and-body-forward gathering to gently practice being with yourself—curiously, playfully, tenderly. This isn’t about sitting still, analyzing problems, or meditating “the right way.” It’s a fluid, nourishing space that welcomes both ease and complexity from within the greater intelligence of the present moment.
Together we drop-in to ourselves and the collective field we share, and through still and moving practices we practice being with what emerges. We follow the body’s wisdom, let the nervous system recalibrate, and make contact with what’s true inside—while resonating with others doing the same.
What you can expect:
Gentle, movement & breath (no experience needed)
Spacious exercises to help you explore inner dynamics and sensations
Optional self-reflection (pulling cards, writing, sharing)
The opportunity to be in resonance with others without the requirement to maintain masks or do something to help, fix, or hold what isn't yours
Details:
Meets online, unrecorded
Sliding scale, suggested $20
Wear something comfy, bring a journal, a deck if you have one, and whatever feels nourishing (tea, a candle, a blanket)
You are warmly invited to come as you are—messy, tender, curious, tired—and practice simply being.
